Two New Hires Strengthen Product Marketing Function at BASF 

CLEVELAND, OH

The Admixture Systems business of BASF recently announced the addition of two new product managers to lead product marketing initiatives for the business.  

Mr. Jim Reddy comes to BASF from the OM Group where he spent the last eight years working in various capacities, including Product Management, R&D Department Management, and most recently, Market Development Management. Reddy earned his bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Gannon University and a Masters degree in Organic Chemistry from John Carroll University.  

Mr. Chris Mazur joins the Product Management team having spent the last two years working for Agtek Development Company as an account manager.  Prior to that, Mazur spent four years in Product Management with Ziegler, Inc. marketing GPS units and serving in other project management roles with the Connecticut DOT and Highway Safety Corporation. Mazur has a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Connecticut and received his MBA from Iowa State University.  

“Reddy and Mazur will be charged with managing our new products process and ensuring that our latest technology advancements get into the hands of our customers as quickly as possible,” said Anthony Schlagbaum, group manager for the Product Management team.  

Both Reddy and Mazur will work out of the BASF Construction Chemicals office located in Cleveland, Ohio.
